Lamentations

It's been a long while, as is customary to me, since I've blogged anything.

In this time, I've resigned my job at Barrick, and started working for LeftClick Networks. 6 weeks later, I landed a job with Central Rand Gold, and I'm still here after 3 months. Not that I didn't have fun at LeftClick, they were just paying peanuts, and I'm not really one for peanuts.

My current role is IT Specialist, moving into management in the next month or so, where I will head up a field integration service department.

Things at home are good, Bianca and the kids are reaonably happy. She had resigned her job because of stress at work, DataCentrix are not the world's greatest employers it would seem, so I'm supporting 3 people on my salary, which is tricky but we're surviving.

All things considered, I'm doing really well I must say.

Except for this one colleague. I'm having a real hard time understanding what his role in CRG is.
